Noor has worked directly with vulnerable populations such as foster youth, at risk children and families and adults experiencing homelessness throughout Southern California. Noor's experience includes working with various nonprofit agencies throughout the Los Angeles and Ventura Counties providing behavioral therapy, clinical case management, and long-term mental health therapy to populations of all age groups and various backgrounds, some of which include being involved in the child welfare system, criminal justice system and homelessness.

Noor also has experience working for a suicide prevention lifeline and has conducted trainings on a wide variety of topics including Cultural Appreciation, Supervising during COVID-19, Harm Reduction with Substance Use, Trauma Informed Care, and Burnout Prevention, in locations of California, New York, Canada, and Ireland. In her current employment, she serves as a Clinical Supervisor for community multidisciplinary team based services such as Wraparound and Full Service Partnership within Los Angeles County.
